Description
The Nordost Heimdall 2 is a high-performance RCA 4.5' phono cable series within the Norse 2 family, designed to offer audiophile-grade performance through proprietary technologies. These are still in Excellent condition, with lots of life left in them. Mono-Filament Construction: Most cables in the range use Dual Mono-Filament (interconnects) or Micro Mono-Filament (speaker/power) technology, which winds an FEP filament around each conductor to create a virtual air dielectric. Silver-Plated Solid Core OFC: Conductors are made of 99.99999% oxygen-free copper (OFC) with silver plating for ultra-fast, low-loss signal transfer. Mechanically Tuned Lengths: Nordost optimizes the physical length and spacing of the conductors to reduce internal microphony and high-frequency impedance resonance. FEP Insulation: Extruded Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) is used throughout for its low dielectric absorption and high signal speed. What’s Included: This is a 4.5' matched pair of red/black, gold-plated RCA's with a ground wire that terminates in spade/fork connectors. Cosmetic Condition: Overall we rated this at Excellent.
