This listing is for a Single Dukane Ionavac Plasma Tweeter in Excellent Condition. The unit was gone through by a highly qualified technician who `changed capacitors and resistors that were out of specs to new capacitors and resistors and some new wiring which was brittle. Another part tat was changed is the electrode so the unit has a new electrode and the quarts cell was cleaned and the tweeter is in good working condition. One of the pictures shows the tweeter on with the element having the strong purplish color of a good functioning tweeter. The cosmetics of the tweeter are in excellent condition considering that its age is about 60 years of age and can be seen in the pictures. The last picture shows a new extra electrode that I have and is the same as the new electrode that was replaced in this Ionavac Due to age the tweeter is Being Sold AS IS . Disclaimer: When buying almost 50 and 50 plus year old electronic equipment that has not had all parts replaced with new parts there is always the possibility with failure to the 50 year old part/s at any time. Some of the electronic part/s may continue for another 50 years without need of replacement and some electronic part/s may fail a few days after you start using the item.
