The Toshiba SR-80 is a vintage belt-drive turntable featuring a heavy real-walnut wood base, auto-return functionality, and a distinctive stock electret condenser cartridge system. Specifications & Features Drive Type: Belt-drive with a 16-pole hysteresis synchronous motor. Speeds: 33-⅓ and 45 rpm (mechanical change-over). Platter: 310 mm aluminum diecast. Cartridge: Equipped with a C-402S electret condenser cartridge (an early design that did not require an oscillator or FM demodulator) with alternate provisions for standard setups. Dimensions: 500 x 200 x 400 mm (19-11/16" x 7-7/8" x 15-13/16").
