Phase Linear 4000 Preamp (FULLY FUNCTIONAL / MAY NEED LIGHT CLEANING): The preamp powers on, passes clean audio, and all functions are working. However, as with any vintage analog gear, it may require a light internal cleaning or servicing (such as DeoxIT on the potentiometers/switches) to ensure 100% optimal performance. Cosmically, it is in excellent shape and comes housed in the highly desirable, gorgeous Original Wood Cabinet (Wood Case). Phase Linear 400 Power Amp (FOR PARTS / REPAIR): This unit recently experienced an internal component failure. While the main power still turns on, smoke recently came out of the chassis and there is a distinct burnt smell inside. It does NOT function properly anymore.
