With a high-quality pressed steel frame 18” woofer built in, Sound Town CARME-118SB subwoofer turns 1600 Watts of amplified signal into chest thumping tight and deep bass and beefs up your live music rigs. Its birch plywood enclosure damps out unwanted vibration and guarantees reliable and consistent performance With a rugged exterior, metal grille and heavy duty discreet recessed handles; this subwoofer is also road ready for touring applications. CARME-118SB subwoofer is equipped with two SpeakON connectors which makes it easy to be connected with any PA system. There is a heavy-duty M20 pole socket on the top to easily mount monitor speakers. FEATURES Professional-grade, powerful passive PA subwoofer. High-quality pressed steel frame woofer with 100 oz magnet and 4” voice coil delivers chest thumping low-end bass all the way down to 35Hz. 800W RMS, 1600W program power handling (8 Ohm). Plywood enclosure damps out unwanted vibration and guarantees reliable and consistent performance. Two speakon input connectors allow the subwoofer to be easily connected to any PA system; one M20 pole socket on top for easily mounting monitor speakers.
