Revel Ultima Gem Speakers with Matching Pedestal Stands

Up for sale is a legendary, single-owner pair of all original Revel Ultima Gem monitors complete with their original, highly sought-after matching Revel Pedestal Stands This is a used speaker pair in very good condition, showing little wear from use.There is one small blemish keeping me from rating these speakers as excellent. Shown in the pictures, it looks like it could be touched up with very little effort. Other than that, these monitors are in great shape. These Revel Ultima Gem speakers are high gloss black with brushed aluminum side panels. The grill fabric on each speaker is in excellent condition, with no tears, rub marks or stains. These one owner, sequential serial numbered speakers were purchased new in September of 2002 and have performed flawlessly over the years. The dual 5-inch metal-cone mid-bass drivers, the 1.1-inch front-firing fabric-dome tweeter, and the .75-inch rear-firing tweeter in each speaker cabinet are in excellent condition. The High Frequency Level controls work as expected to shape the sound of these speakers to your personal preference. These Revel Ultima Gem speakers have been inspected, tested and everything works as it should. They look and sound fantastic. They were used in a pet free, child free and smoke free environment. The matching speaker stands are in very good condition showing minor scuffs from use. The vertical sections of these stands are a flat black and are in very good shape. The Brushed Aluminum base plates have your typical small scratch or two on the bottoms from normal use but the top of the base plates, the part you actually see, are in excellent condition. Black floor spikes are included for both stands. The top mounting plate on each stand is in excellent shape and includes hardware for attaching to each stand column and to each speaker cabinet. Also, I am open to meet at a shared location and I would travel up to a 1.0 hour radius of my home. Due to the high physical weight of the assemblies (approx. 65 lbs per speaker/stand combination) and the delicacy of the driver array, standard parcel shipping (UPS/FedEx) in my opinion, is not safe. If there is no other option, I will package best as possible and ship to you fully insured. Shipping will be a flat $200.00 for the continental USA. The two stands will be emptied of any sand and then disassembled for delivery. Buyer agrees that Seller (me) is not responsible for any assembly and it is the responsibility of the Buyer (you) to correctly identify and assemble stand parts (including sand) and attach the speakers to the stands.
