A highly efficient 60W Class-D amplifier features a 96kHz sampling DSP (Digital Signal Processor) that yields an extended bandwidth and true uncolored sound. The VM-50's Aramid fiber woofer cone is engineered to produce chest-thumping low end that heavier conventional cones can't touch. Plus, Pioneer's Vortex Bass Accelerator port allows air to flow freely from the speaker. No unwanted vibrations or wasted energy, simply pure sound. The constant directivity horn design delivers wide and uniform coverage of the mids and highs. Its unique shape creates an effortless crossover between the mid and low frequencies, resulting in a strikingly natural sound. You can easily tune the cabinet to the room with the integrated high and low DSP controls. Each has a 4-position knob giving you 16 possible EQ combinations to fit any application in any room.
