This Sansui AU-777 was rescued from an estate. Upon inspection, the Amplifier is on working condition nice clean sound the amplifier is on the original condition. I clean the controls but the volume and balance controls has heavy scratching sound but when set on direction the amplifier is working great maybe the need a professional cleaning. Nothing else has been done to the amp. Though it is an excellent example of a surviving piece of audio history, a complete restoration would make this a stellar piece. Again, it is now in working order, it was tested using the Tuner and AUX inputs and all output speaker channels were tested. good working condition but heavy scratches on the top cover and missing two plastic cover for the two controls please check all the pictures for the unit condition Sansui AU-777 Solid State Stereophonic Amplifier (1969) Description The Sansui AU-777 overcomes the problem of the solid-state amplifier in which the distortion tends to be somewhat higher at low power levels.
