For this 2275, HQaudios placed particular attention on the condition of the power supply, output stage, protection circuit, tuner section, controls, switches, potentiometers, speaker terminals, RCA input/output connections, and internal wiring. These components are critical to long-term reliability, channel balance, and overall audio performance. The amplifier circuits, tuner alignment, signal path, dial illumination, gyro-touch tuning mechanism, meters, and front-panel controls were also carefully evaluated to determine the receiver's overall operating condition before restoration started. During Restoration Based on the inspection results, this 2275 was restored according to HQaudios' technical standards while preserving the engineering and performance characteristics that have made this model one of Marantz's most respected vintage stereo receivers.
