Description
Bang & Olufsen Beovox RL 60.2 Speaker Pair (Type 6513) Iconic vintage B&O design by David Lewis, made in Denmark. The Red Line series is known for its curved, resonance free cabinet and clean, realistic sound. These are passive speakers, 8 ohms, 60 watts, with a 2 way design (dual 13cm woofers plus a 2.5cm tweeter). A great looking, great sounding pair that doubles as a design piece. Condition: Used and honest. There’s visible wear, including some scuffs on the cabinets and light wear on the grille cloth. Cosmetically they show their age, but they sound fantastic. I don’t have an amp at my place so you can’t test them here, but I took them into an audio shop and recorded a video (attached) so you can hear exactly how they sound. Stands not included. Want to go wireless? These pair beautifully with any amp. The simplest route is a small Bluetooth amplifier (Fosi Audio and Douk make great ones in the $60 to $120 range). Just connect the speaker wire to the amp’s terminals, connect the amp to power, and stream from your phone over Bluetooth. That’s it. Turns them into a full wireless system.
