Enjoy your vinyl 33 1/3, 45, and 78 rpm vinyl records with your compatible stereo system and the Reloop TURN5 Fully Manual Three-Speed Stereo Turntable. It features a 9.06" tonearm and a 13.07" diameter gold-plated, die-cast aluminum platter. Its gold-plated RCA output allows you to connect it to nearly any audio system via a preamp. A stylus is also separately available to enable playback of 78 rpm shellac records. Direct-Drive System The TURN5 is a quartz-controlled, direct-drive turntable designed with technical sophistication in mind. DC Motor & Die-Cast Aluminum Platter The brushless, direct-drive DC motor helps ensure a powerful drive and consistent rotation, thanks in part to the low-resonance, die-cast aluminum platter. A dampening rubber base on the system is engineered to eliminate unwanted resonance, and the included 5mm rubber mat further protects against vibrations. Convenient Control Elements & Connections The three motor speeds can be selected with the top-mounted switch. You can play shellac 78 records by replacing the included cartridge with a separately available compatible one. The universal locking mechanism (SME) on the tonearm allows for quick and easy replacement of the headshell, and the included counterweight enables the TURN5 to accept a variety of cartridges, even with heavier pickups. The rear-mounted RCA output is gold-plated and features a separate ground connection to help prevent interference. The entire terminal section has been recessed to help protect the connectors. The power and RCA cables are removable for simplified swapping. Static-Balanced, S-Shaped Tonearm & Ortofon Cartridge System The TURN5 uses a statically balanced S-shaped tonearm, which has a hydraulic lift, anti-skating setting, arm height adjustment, and locking VTA to help provide optimum performance and accurate sound reproduction. The cartridge is pre-mounted on the headshell and features an elliptical cut. Heavy-Duty Construction The housing is built with metal with shock-absorbing feet to help isolate unwanted vibrations and reduce ambient noise. The combination of several materials is designed to provide additional stiffness to the housing. The turntable itself gold-plated.
