Proud to offer this 1970's Luxman Model T-310U. At the time of its release the T-310 was the ultimate in tuner technology. The Dolby B circuits allowed listeners to receive Dolby FM radio broadcasts, and also to hook up a tape or cassette deck to the Dolby decoder section to reduce playback noise. State of the art technology at the time.The tuner includes noise filtering for both AM and FM broadcasts, the ability to hook up to an oscilloscope for correct tuning, attenuator adjustments for FM sensitivity, level controls for variable output, variable muting controls, FM antenna hookups, and adjustments for the front panel illumination. Check out the photo of the back panel. The build quality on this unit is phenomenal. The T-310 is a 4-gang FM tuner with dual gate MOS-FETs front ends, five-pole phase linear and linear delay filters placed between three ICs and the IF amp, hermetically sealed coils in the MPX section for temperature stabilization, plus FETs controlling the audio gates. The 3-gang AM section has three IF stages and 18db/octave switchable filters and voltage regulators.
