McIntosh Mc-2500 Power Amplifier Vintage 500W Excellent Working Serviced IMPORTANT: This power amplifier recently received electronic servicing and has been owned by only one previous owner. The unit is fully functional and sounds absolutely incredible. Without a doubt, this is considered one of the finest power amplifiers McIntosh has ever produced. It is a highly desirable and increasingly difficult-to-find model. There are a few small spots on the VU meters, which can be seen in the photographs. The overall condition of the unit is very good, with only minimal scratches. The black front-panel buttons also have a few small white marks. These could easily be touched up with black paint and would look like new. This is a well-cared-for unit and a rare opportunity to acquire one in today's market. Because of its substantial weight—over 165 pounds—a custom foam protective package and a heavy-duty wooden shipping crate were specially built to ensure the amplifier is securely protected during transportation.
