Description
This is a pair of Bowers & Wilkins V201 bookshelf speakers from the early 90s. Despite some obvious wear and a missing grille, these still sound great, like a pair of B&Ws should. We have graded them at Good. They likely won't become your main/front speakers, but maybe in a garage or workshop or as rears in a surround setup, where the sound is more important than appearance. Enclosure Type: 2-way bass reflex (vented enclosure). Drive Units: Woofer: 6.5" composite short fiber cone. Tweeter: 1" polyester dome. Frequency Response: 66 Hz – 20 kHz (dB). Sensitivity: 90 dB spl (2.83V at 1m). Impedance: Nominal 4Ω Power Handling: Suitable for amplifiers up to 100W continuous; 60W DIN. Dimensions: 14.2" x 8.9" x 7.1" Service History: No service records were included from the prior owner. Here at the shop we did routine testing, cleaning and inspection.
