Description
Sansui AU-6500 Stereo Vintage Amplifier Operational. IMPORTANT: The Sansui AU-6500 is the first model in Sansui's renowned 500 series. It is a legendary amplifier and the smaller brother of the highly regarded Sansui AU-9500. This unit has some scratches and stains on the front panel, as well as scratches on some of the front-panel buttons. The previous owner replaced the original volume potentiometer with a replacement unit. When turning the volume control, it produces some noise/static, possibly due to the potentiometer needing cleaning or a grounding issue. After moving the control, the noise completely disappears. Sold as-is, exactly as shown in the photographs and described in this listing, A test video was recorded to the amplifier. You can watch it on our YouTube channel (SSC Global Company) to corroborate your purchase and be sure of it. The amplifier is sold like this, all photos of the real equipment are shown.
