These speaker may have scratches and cosmetic blemishes from normal use and age. These speaker have not been opened or disassembled. Only items shown in pictures are included. Shipments via freight to a residential address will be charged a $75 fee and a lift gate fee of $75. Freight shipments delivered to schools, hospitals, construction site, gated community, airports or restricted areas will also be charged an additional fee of $75. These fees are in addition to the shipping fee listed. All local duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price or shipping fee. Regular shipments will take between 3-5 business days and freight shipments will take between 3-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. Lastly, Items that are being sold AS IS OR AS PARTS IS FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED. We work diligently to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner. Please understand that some factors such as weather, high postal traffic and the performance of the shipping companies are outside of our control. RETURN INFORMATION Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as, all included items. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 3-4 day period. Partial refund is also available if buyer choose to keep item and repair it themselves. WE HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Filing a claim should be reserved as a last resort to solving an issue.
