Vintage solid state amp, just recapped and biased. 1980's vintage Transconductance amplifier, and MOS refers to its output devices (power A/OSFET’s). It is rated to deliver 150 watts per channel into 8-ohm loads from 20 to 20,000 Hz with no more than 0.05 per cent total harmonic distortion.
