Where is my order?
Go to Profile → Orders. Every shipped order carries a tracking number, and the status updates as the carrier scans the parcel.
If a seller hasn't shipped within five days, you don't need to chase it. The order is cancelled automatically and refunded in full — item, service fee and postage — back to your original payment method.
Something arrived damaged or not as described
You have 3 days from delivery to flag a problem. Open the order and choose Report an issue. Your payment is held in escrow and is not released to the seller until that window closes, so raising it in time is what protects you. Email us if you miss the window and we'll look at it anyway.
Selling: where is my money?
Funds are held in escrow and released to your SPKRS balance three days after delivery is confirmed. From Seller → Payouts you can withdraw to the bank account connected through Stripe.
If a withdrawal fails with a message about funds still settling, nothing has been taken from your balance — payments settle on Stripe's schedule and this usually clears within one to two business days. Try again then, and email us if it keeps happening.
Fees
Buyers pay a 5% service fee on the item price, never on postage. Sellers pay 2% on withdrawal. There are no listing fees and no subscription. Shipping is priced from the seller's declared box size and charged to the buyer at checkout at the carrier's rate.
Deleting your account
Profile → App settings → Delete account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account, listings, messages and personal data. Records we're required to keep for tax and anti-fraud purposes are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Reporting a user or listing
Every profile and listing has a report option, and you can block any user from their profile. Reports are reviewed by a person. If you believe something is unsafe or fraudulent, email nle@spkrs.org directly and we'll prioritise it.
